Is your team THRIVING?
Maybe you hate cheesy photos of smiling teams...so fake, right?

Work is work. We get paid to tolerate it, don't we?
According to the latest figures from Gallup*, in an average organisation, only 23% of workers are actively engaged in their work. They're thriving, but they're in the minority.
Almost as many workers, 18%, are actively disengaged. They are likely taking actions that harm the organisation.
And 59% of workers are what you might call "quiet quitting", putting in the minimum effort required.
What a waste!
In a small minority of organisations, as many as 72% of workers are actively engaged in their jobs.
In these global best practice organisations, there are up to 18X as many engaged workers as there are actively disengaged workers!
If you've ever worked in one of those organisations, you're loving it or you remember it fondly.
When that many people are fired up about their work, everyone is learning, growing, thriving, and achieving.
The atmosphere is electric. And productivity soars as a result.
So what can you do with this information?
The answer is simple.
Make sure your managers have the skills to lead your people.
Teaching your managers the skills to coach their teams can lift their engagement scores from 10% to 22%, and their team's engagement scores from 8% to 18%.
Work can be better.
Work can be an opportunity to grow, to learn, to contribute and to build meaningful relationships.
